What does the HILX Lifetime Frame Warranty cover?

The Lifetime Frame Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. HILX may repair or replace the frame when a covered defect occurs. The warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations, normal wear and tear, cosmetic fading, superficial scratches, or dissatisfaction with fit or size.

Are the lenses covered by a warranty?

Original HILX lenses purchased from 20 November 2025 are covered for three years against flaking, delamination and coating issues. Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and superficial scratches are excluded under the published warranty terms.

How do I make a warranty claim?
