How long does it take for my delivery?

After payment is verified, it may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process and ship the order (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide during the order process. Delivery dates quoted on site are estimates only and your product may take more or less time.

We offer FREE shipping worldwide over $150 but delivery times vary by destination please refer to the Shipping Calculator for more information.

How to return orders?

HILX is confident in the quality of our products. As such, we are proud to offer our customers a Life Time Warranty on all HILX Eyewear.

This policy is not applicable to customized eyewear. Custom eyewear is built to individual customer specifications and therefore cannot be returned once purchased.

Please note that we do not accept refunds due to size or fit issues. Please double check the sizes of our products before purchasing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including but not limited to: products with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts, and any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Customers will bear their own costs to mail the product back to HILX to process the return.

Do I need to register for lifetime warranty?

All of our eyewear are entitled to Life Time Warranty. Together we can continue to reduce waste and have a more positive impact on our environment.
