How long does it take for my delivery?
After your payment is verified, please allow 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing and shipping.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please note that delivery dates quoted on our website are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $150 (except to the USA). Delivery times vary by destination. For more accurate estimates, please use the Shipping Calculator at checkout.
How to return orders?
HILX is confident in the quality of our products. As such, HILX warrants your eyewear against flaking, delamination, and coating issues under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
This policy does not apply to customized eyewear. Custom eyewear is built to individual customer specifications and therefore cannot be returned once purchased.
Please note that we do not accept refunds due to size or fit issues. Please double-check the sizes of our products before purchasing.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including but not limited to: products with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts, and any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Customers will bear their own costs to mail the product back to HILX to process the return.

Do I need to register for a warranty?
All of our eyewear is entitled to a 3-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is valid for the original owner and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
