For Lisa Cheng, movement has never belonged to one discipline. Known in Hong Kong as “Spider Girl,” Lisa has created a life shaped by challenge—from climbing and fitness to combat sports, cycling, running, swimming and triathlon. Every new sport is an opportunity to learn, test her limits and discover what is possible when the mind stays focused and the body keeps moving.
Her journey is not defined by a single finish line. It is built through early training sessions, long rides, open-water swims, difficult climbs and the quiet commitment of showing up again the next day. Whether she is preparing for an IRONMAN 70.3, taking on a full 226 km triathlon, or pushing through a demanding training block overseas, Lisa approaches each challenge with discipline, positivity and a willingness to embrace the unknown.

Lisa understands that endurance is earned long before race day. Progress comes from repeating the basics: swim, bike, run, recover—and then do it all again.
